Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your event date, a signed contract and a 20% down payment are required. The down payment is due Net 15 (within 15 days of receiving the invoice). The remaining 80% balance is due no later than 5 days prior to the event date.

All contracts are sent electronically via DocuSign, and all invoices are delivered through QuickBooks Online for convenient and secure payment processing.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed DJ Questionnaire via Google Forms. In the weeks leading up to your event, we will schedule a video call to review your selections, timeline, and important details to ensure everything is organized and perfectly aligned for your big day.

Extra DJ service per hour: $200

Cold Sparks (Pair): $300

8 LED Uplights: $95 (2 sets of 8 available)

Projector and Screen: $195 (Subject to Availability)
